holy night, silent night ???

Ok, Christmas is supposed to be a relaxing, contemplating and peaceful time. Wait, speaking of "time" I should let you know the "timing" of my family's Christmas: My mom is picking Brandon and me up at 12.15. We are supposed to meet my brother's family at the parking lot of the Kirchenwirt in Mariatrost at 12.40, which leaves us with 20 minutes to walk to the church, light up a candle and walk back to the restaurant where we have a reservation for 1 o' clock. Assuming that we eat 1.5 hours we leave at 2.30 and will be home at 3. At 6.30 Brandon and I have to start our walk to my mom's place, where me, Brandon and my brother's family are supposed to show up at 7 the latest! At 10 we are supposed to be at my dad's place, which leaves us with 2.5 hours for singing songs, unwrapping presents and eating christmas dinner. Where exactly in this schedule is the time for contemplation and peacefulness? Hm, I dunno (yet). Anyway, I am excited for Christmas (and in less than 72 hours Brandon arrives :o)
